These guys are fantastic! The excavation was clean and they installed my all new copper water in and removed the old one in a quick bullet method. A truly stress free job that was done in less than a day! Thank God for hot and cold running water. These guys are the one's to hire and use!!!!!!!

I recently had to have my main sewer line replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Allied/All City inc. From the very first call to the final cleanup, everything was handled with impressive efficiency, kindness and reliability. They arrived right on time for the initial inspection and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, the options available and a fair cost. once we scheduled the work they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job all while being careful to minimize disruption to my front yard. I highly recommend Allied/All City Inc. to anyone needing sewer or plumbing work. They turned what could have been a stressful and messy situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. This review is a few months late, but it still deserves to be written. Woke up one August morning to find I had no water and a leak on my driveway. Turns out I needed a new water line. The positive experience started with my initial phone call (called 3 other places first..2 of which never called me back). I was told Marcello would swing by within the hour to assess the situation. He did in fact show up as I was told and walked me through the process. He was courteous, honest, efficient and cute too! (Ladies deserve the details) The whole expensive situation was terrible to deal with but Nick and his crew were great. They explained the work they were doing and kept cleaning up after themselves. They even found a leak with Liberty’s supply and made all the arrangements for the water company to come out and repair their leak. Saved me a sidewalk repair. Overall, everyone I spoke/interacted with was/is great. I will absolutely be calling them if I ever need any plumbing work done in the future.

They were the most technically capable and versatile contractor we spoke with, able to offer advanced trenchless options when appropriate, but also thoughtful and flexible enough to engineer a different solution when the conditions required it. What truly sets this company apart is their integrity and pride in their work. When it became clear that the original approach wasn’t meeting their own high standards, the owner personally got involved, consulted closely with the crew, and designed a more robust long-term solution. Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed — shown the work in real time, walked through the reasoning behind each decision, and ultimately provided camera verification that the final system was completed to spec. A special shoutout to Fred, who was our primary point of contact and absolutely outstanding throughout. He was responsive, patient, and consistently took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect next, which made a stressful project feel manageable. The entire crew was polite, professional, and conscientious. They took great care with safety, access, and cleanliness during a major excavation, clearly communicating what was happening each day and laying everything out thoughtfully. The end result is a well-engineered system with excellent drainage and a new, more accessible exterior house trap that gives us complete confidence going forward.
